“ Absolute perfection. Dining at 11 Madison was one of the best dining experiences I have had until now. I think I liked this experience even more. The food was beautiful and delicious and the cocktails and stories tying them to each course were great. The intimate experience of only 9 seats encouraged discussion and having the chef and bartender across the bar the entire time allowed for much discussion. For me this was an elevated experience in an intimate setting. Can’t wait to return. ”

“ HOW TO GET IN: I was able to do a walk in at 8 pm on a Saturday night. The chocolate mouse was phenomenal!! The cocktails are so creative and delicious. I thought the art was also so beautiful inside. I would love to try more on the menu next time. I was a walk in and it was only a 15 min wait at 8 pm on a Saturday night ”
“ This is a one of a kind experience, where the bar and kitchen teams collaborate in front of 9-10 people for an amazing evening. All drinks and food are made right in front of you and the staff makes an effort to make it as dynamic and interactive as possible - you may ask anything about what you see, and usually get an answer. The service was really great and the atmosphere very special - you are in a private room overlooking the restaurant, very intimate. I could not recommend the experience more - you won’t find weird foams here, but really extremely well thought through food, prepared and improved time over time. The drinks accompanied the food amazingly well and were also a chance to drink things you would usually not order, but appreciate alongside the food. ”

High-quality glassware, branded coasters, and standout garnishes elevate the drinking experience. Bartenders are highly skilled, and each drink shows careful balance and unique presentation. Their signature martini had a bit too strong flavor, deviating from what a Martini is supposed to be: spirit focused, neutral flavor cocktail. Service: 8.5/10 Water was served on arrival. The team is friendly and attentive, though service can slow during peak hours. Prices are above average for NYC, but fitting for the premium setting. ”
“ we had a truly phenomenal time at the studio. we were the first seating, and chose to do the alcohol pairing. while we were totally blown away by the food and flavors, it was really the service that made this experience next-level. andrea, wilmer, steven, and jodi really made the night what it was — full of fun, learning, and connection. it felt like a group of friends hanging out and discovering food and drink together. what more could i have asked for? it seems they change the menu not by the seasons but with inspired spontaneity. i think i’ll be back in a little while to try something new and have another fun evening with this awesome crew! after the studio we hit the lounge for additional drinks and bites - the ambiance there too is warm and sumptuous. i’ll definitely be back before long. ”
“ The Studio at Clemente Bar has been one of the few truly 5 star experiences in Manhattan to date! The Japanese-influenced menu was fun and inventive, paired with drinks that brought out specific elements of each dish. I got the non-alcoholic drink pairing which to me is always the ultimate testament of the bar’s creativity. They did not disappoint. Loved the cozy 8 seater space in the Studio and would recommend it for a special occasion. We’ll be back to try the food at the Main Bar. ”
